RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE A MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH
WILTEL COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS FOR THE
CITY'S TELEPHONE SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the City requested proposals for maintenance of the
City's telephone system, and
WHEREAS, WilTel Communications Systems submitted the most
responsible proposal,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a
maintenance and service agreement with WilTel Communications
Systems for the City's Northern Telecom Telephone System. Be it
further resolved that the City Manager is authorized to extend
the City's option for three one-year renewals if it is determined
to be in the best interest of the City.
