AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7-27 CODE OF
ORDINANCE TO PERMIT THE DISPOSAL OF REFUSE AT
THE LANDFILL WITHOUT CHARGE BY AUTHORIZED
CONTRACTORS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 7-27 of the Code of Ordinance is amended by the
addition of subsection (d) which shall read as follows:
" (d) All refuse and debris resulting from the demolition of
a dangerous building or structure may be disposed of at the
Landfill without charge if such building or structure was located
within the corporate limits, has been declared dangerous under
this chapter and demolished by an authorized contracto or the
owner of the building or structure. "
