ORDINANCE WAIVING SECTION 27-30 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES CONCERNING SIDEWALK REQUIREMENTS
ALONG SOUTH SIDE OF ELMWOOD AVENUE NORTH IN
WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS.
WHEREAS, the Mill Valley Homeowners Association has requested
that the requirement that sidewalks be constructed in all new sub-
divisions in which street dedications are proposed be waived; and,
WHEREAS , the City Council finds the circumstances exceptional
and that the requirements of Section 27-30 of the Code of Ordinances
concerning the sidewalk should be waived.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS , THAT:
The requirements of Section 27-30 of the Code of Ordinances
requiring a sidewalk in new subdivisions be waived on the south
side of Elmwood Avenue North between Miller Road and Gardiner Road.
