Ord 054-86 7/1/1986 ORDINANCE NO. ,5-/-2- (' AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING AND REAPPROPRIATING FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FUNDS WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls estimates that it will receive $1 ,200,000 in Revenue Sharing Funds during Fiscal Year 1985-86; and WHEREAS, the City also wishes to appropriate interest earned on prior years' funding, as well as the remaining available balances from completed projects; and WHEREAS, the City has published notice of this action and held a public hearing as required by Federal Revenue Sharing regulations; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: SECTION ONE. There is hereby appropriated $1 ,200,000 in Revenue Sharing Funds for Fiscal Year 1985-86 to the following accounts: Account No. Amount 92-913-4391 $ 300,000 92-915-4370 230,393 92-917-5410 280,000 92-918-4489 25,000 92-918-5450 174,607 92-919-4599 200,000 TOTAL S1 ,200,000 SECTION TWO.
