ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FROM THE GENERAL
FUND EQUITY TO GENERAL OBLIGATION DEBT SERVICE FUND
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund
equity the sum of $200,000, which shall be placed in Account No. 11-091-4648.
SECTION 2. This appropriation is necessary for emergency expenditures
to meet unusual and unforeseen conditions, which could not, by reasonable
diligent thought and attention, have been included in the original budget.
SECTION 3. The fact that this amount will be due and that it is
essential for the immediate use of the City of Wichita Falls creates an
emergency, therefore this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
