RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID FOR ESTIMATED ANNUAL
REQUIREMENTS OF READY MIX CONCRETE AND
FLOWABLE FILL
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the estimated annual requirements of Ready Mix Concrete and
Flowable Fill;
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsive bidder for
Ready Mix Concrete (Types S, A, CC) was City Concrete in the
amount of $88, 250 ;
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsive bidder for
Ready Mix Concrete (Type C&G) was OK Concrete in the amount of
11, 025; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsive bidder for
Flowable Fill was Pitts Ready Mix in the amount of $7, 600 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The award of bid for the estimated annual requirements for
Ready Mix Concrete and Flowable Fill to City Concrete in the
amount of $88, 250, OK Concrete in the amount of $11, 025, and
Pitts Ready Mix in the amount of $7, 600 are hereby accepted.
