Res 113-94 7/18/1994r J RESOLUTION NO. //3 - V4/ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, ACCEPTING BIDS FOR CERTAIN PARCELS OF EXCESS REAL PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF DEEDS TO CONVEY TITLE; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS DISCUSSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW. WHEREAS, 29 parcels of excess real property have been advertised for sale to the general public; and, WHEREAS, sealed bids were opened on July 11, 1994, which were submitted by 11 bidders who desire to purchase said property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: SECTION 1.
