RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE LAKE ARROWHEAD SEAL COAT
PROGRAM, PHASE II (FINAL) AND AUTHORIZE FINAL
PAYMENT TO ZACK BURKETT COMPANY
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price contract
with Zack Burkett Company with the estimated total cost of
212, 647 .30;
WHEREAS, the actual work was completed at a total cost of
191, 925 . 28 of which $189, 936 .21 has been previously paid to the
contractor leaving an amount due of $1, 989 . 07; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected the work and found it to be
acceptable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Lake Arrowhead Seal Coat Program, Phase II (Final) is hereby
accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to make final payment to
the contractor.
