RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 98-94
PERTAINING TO EXHIBIT A, APPOINTMENT OF
JUDGES AND ALTERNATES FOR THE SPECIAL CITY
ELECTION TO BE HELD AUGUST 13, 1994
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls
adopted Resolution No. 98-94 on June 28, 1994, naming
polling places and election officials, and
WHEREAS, a change has occurred in the appointment of
the Presiding Judge in City Box 13 for the August 13 , 1994
Special Election.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
That Exhibit A attached hereto replaces said Exhibit A
in Resolution No. 98-94.
Section 1. It is hereby officially found and determined
that the meeting at which this resolution was passed was
open to the public as required by law.
