RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO DUKE CONSTRUCTION
FOR THE TRANSFER STATION TIPPING FLOOR
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the Transfer Station Tipping Floor Project, which bids were
to be made on a unit price basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Duke Construction who bid unit prices with a total of $96, 244 .40 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of Duke Construction with a total of
96, 244 .40 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized
to execute a contract for the City with said contractor for the
construction of such project .
