RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE A PURCHASE AND MAINTENANCE
AGREEMENT WITH PROTOTYPE INCORPORATED
FOR A FLEET MANAGEMENT INFORMATION
SOFTWARE PACKAGE
WHEREAS, the City received software proposals for a Fleet
Management Information System; and
WHEREAS, Prototype Incorporated submitted the most
responsible proposal;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a
purchase and maintenance agreement with Prototype Inc. for a
Fleet Management Information System.
