RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO LANTANA SERVICES,
INC. FOR THE KIWANIS PARK PLAYGROUND PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the Kiwanis Park Playground Project, which bids were to be
made on a unit price basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Lantana Services, Inc . who bid unit prices with a total of
15, 500 . 10 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of Lantana Services, Inc. with a total
of $15, 500 . 10 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
contractor for the construction of such project .
