RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE AWARD OF BID AND A
CONTRACT FOR THE PARK CENTRAL TRAIL PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for
the construction of the Park Central Trail Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Lantana Services, Inc. , who bid unit prices equalling the sum of
47, 989 . 57 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Lantana Services, Inc . , in the amount of
47, 989 . 57 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to
execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for this project .
