RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO JALYN CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY FOR RELOCATION OF WATER LINE AT MPEC
NORTH SITE
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of a water line relocation project at the
MPEC North Agricultural Building Site which bids were to be made
on a unit price basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Jalyn Construction Company who bid unit prices with an estimated
total of $60, 972 . 34 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of Jalyn Construction Company with an
estimated total of $60, 972 . 34 is hereby accepted, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said contractor for the construction of such project .
