RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO FINNELL OIL
SERVICES, INC. FOR THE CDBG WILLIAMS PARK
POND LINER PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the CDBG Williams Park Pond Liner Project, which bids were to
be made on a unit price basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Finnell Oil Services, Inc. who bid unit prices with a total of
19, 976 . 00 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of Finnell Oil Services, Inc . with a
total of $19, 976 . 00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
contractor for the construction of such project .
