A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, APPOINTING LARRY
GILLEN MUNICIPAL JUDGE FOR A TWO YEAR TERM;
FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT
WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS DISCUSSED WAS OPEN
TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, Larry Gillen was heretofore appointed Municipal
Judge, and his current two-year term expires on May 21, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Larry Gillen is hereby appointed Municipal Judge
of the City of Wichita Falls for a term of two years, beginning
May 21, 1994.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined
that the meeting at which this resolution was passed was open to
the public as required by law.
