RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO SELMON
ENTERPRISES, INC. FOR 1994 ALLEY
REHABILITATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the 1994 Alley rehabilitation Project, which bids were to be
made on a unit price basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Selmon enterprises, Inc . who bid unit prices with a total of
278, 877 . 50 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of Selmon Enterprises, Inc . with a total
of $278, 877 . 50 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
contractor for the construction of such project .
