RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO ZACK BURKETT
CONSTRUCTION CO. FOR CDBG 1994 MILL & OVERLAY
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the CDBG 1994 Mill & Overlay Project, which bids were to be
made on a unit price basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Zack Burkett Co. , who bid unit prices with a total of $160, 605 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of Zack Burkett Co. with a total of
160, 605 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized
to execute a contract for the City with said contractor for the
construction of such project .
