RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO BOBBIE D. HAYNES
CONSTRUCTION FOR CDBG COUNTRY CLUB (PHASE 3)
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the CDBG Country Club (Phase 3) Project, which bids were to
be made on a unit price basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Bobbie D. Haynes Co. who bid unit prices with a total of
346, 336 .40 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of Bobbie D. Haynes Co. with a total of
346, 336 .40 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
contractor for the construction of such project .
