RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO ZACK BURKETT
CONSTRUCTION CO. FOR 1994 STREET RESURFACING
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the 1994 Street Resurfacing Project, which bids were to be
made on a unit price basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Zack Burkett Co. who bid unit prices with a total of $327, 162 . 50 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of Zack Burkett Co. with a total of
327, 162 . 50 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
contractor for the construction of such project .
