RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 33-94
PERTAINING TO EXHIBIT A, APPOINTMENT OF
JUDGES AND ALTERNATES FOR THE CITY ELECTION
TO BE HELD MAY 7, 1994
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls
adopted Resolution No. 33-94 on March 16, 1994, naming
polling places and election officials, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls
adopted Resolution No. 51-94 on April 19, 1994 amending
Resolution No. 33-94, and,
WHEREAS, an additional change has occurred in the
appointment of the Alternate Judge in City Box 5 for the May
7, 1994 Election.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
That Exhibit A attached hereto replaces said Exhibit A
in Resolution No. 51-94.
Section 1 . It is hereby officially found and determined
that the meeting at which this resolution was passed was
open to the public as required by law.
