A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, ACCEPTING BIDS FOR CERTAIN
PARCELS OF EXCESS REAL PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF DEEDS TO CONVEY TITLE; FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE
WAS DISCUSSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY
LAW.
WHEREAS, thirty-seven parcels of excess real property
have been advertised for sale to the general public; and,
WHEREAS, sealed bids were opened on March 21, 1994, which
were submitted by thirty-eight bidders who desire to purchase
said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:

that the meeting at which this resolution was passed was open
to the public as required by law.
