RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARD OF BID AND A
CONTRACT FOR THE LAKE ARROWHEAD SEAL COAT PROGRAM,
PHASE II
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for
the construction of the Lake Arrowhead Seal Coat Program, Phase II;
and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is Zack
Burkett Company, who bid unit prices equalling the sum of $212, 647 . 30 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Zack Burkett Company in the amount of
212, 647 . 30 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to
execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for this project .
