RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO JIM MARSHALL
CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR UTILITY FACILITIES
PAINT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the painting of certain facilities in the Utilities Division,
which bids were to be made on a lump sum basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Jim Marshall Construction, Inc. who bid lump sum prices with a
total of $64 , 456 . 56 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such lump sum bid of Jim Marshall Construction, Inc. with a
total of $64, 456 . 56 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
contractor for the construction of such project .
