RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO PATE BROTHERS
CONSTRUCTION FOR NORTHSIDE SANITARY SEWER
TRUNK MAIN PHASE II PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the Northside Sanitary Sewer Trunk Main
Phase II Project which bids were to be made on a unit price
basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Pate Brothers Construction, who bid unit prices with an estimated
total of $1, 138, 815 . 10 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of Pate Brothers, Inc . with an estimated
total of $1, 138, 815 . 10 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager
is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
contractor for the construction of such project .
