RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR CONCESSION
STAND SERVICES AT THE ACTIVITIES CENTER
WHEREAS, customers of the Activities Center require
concession stand services for various events, and
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to contract with
a qualified concessionaire for these services, and
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls requested proposals from
concessionaires for these services, and
WHEREAS, the proposal of Mr. John McMillian and Mr. Doug
Mathis was the most responsible proposal.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a
contract with Mr. John McMillian and Mr. Doug Mathis for
concession stand services provided at the Activities Center for
the period of March 21, 1994 through December 31, 1995.
