RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE 1993 ALLEY REHABILITATION
PROJECT AND AUTHORIZE FINAL PAYMENT TO McGRATH
BROTHERS CONCRETE
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price contract
with McGrath Brothers Concrete with the estimated total cost of
293 , 112 . 50 ; and,
WHEREAS, the actual work was completed at a total cost of
310, 443 . 50, of which $279, 399 . 15 has been previously paid to the
contractor, leaving an amount due of $31, 044 . 35; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected the work and found it to be
acceptable .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The 1993 Alley Rehabilitation Project is hereby accepted and the
City Manager is authorized to make final payment to the contractor.
