RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE LANDFILL OFFICE BUILDING
PROJECT AND AUTHORIZE FINAL PAYMENT TO M & F
LITTEKEN, INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price contract
with M & F Litteken, Inc . with the estimated total cost of $68, 480 . 00;
and,
WHEREAS, the actual work was completed at a total cost of
68, 480 . 00 of which $61, 632 . 00 has been previously paid to the
contractor leaving an amount due of $6, 848 . 00; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected the work and found it to be
acceptable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Landfill Office Building Project is hereby accepted and the
City Manager is authorized to make final payment to the contractor.
