RESOLUTION NAMING POLLING PLACES AND OFFICIALS FOR
REGULAR CITY ELECTION ON MAY 7, 1994
WHEREAS, an election was called by Resolution No. 17a-
94 on February 15, 1994, for electing the Mayor, Councilor
for District 3, Councilor for District 4, and Councilor for
District 5, and it is now time to name the polling places
and election officials.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
Section 1. Such election shall be held at the polling
places named in Exhibit A, attached hereto, and the election
officials are also named in this attachment.Voters
residing in the City limits of Wichita Falls within the
County precinct numbers shown on Exhibit A shall vote in the
City polling places shown in such Exhibit A.
Section 2. It is hereby officially found and determined
that the meeting at which this resolution was passed was
open to the public as required by law.
