RESOLUTION AMENDING LUCY PARK LOG CABIN RENTAL POLICY
RESOLUTION 120-86)
WHEREAS, there is no log cabin rental policy that
addresses refund of rental fee for cancellation; and,
WHEREAS, a policy is needed so that the renter is aware
of a policy as a condition of rental agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Resolution 120-86, is hereby amended to include a
cancellation policy. The policy shall be if a renter gives
notice to the Parks and Recreation Department office of a
cancellation beyond two weeks of rental date, all rental fee
shall be refunded less $10.00. No refund of rental fee
shall be made within two weeks of rental date.
