RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONTRACT WITH NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS
OFFICIALS ASSOCIATION FOR ATHLETIC LEAGUE SERVICES.
WHEREAS, management of athletic leagues is greatly
improved through provision of qualified officials and
scorekeepers; and,
WHEREAS, the North Central Texas Officials Association
has provided excellent services to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City manager is hereby authorized to execute a
contract with the N.C.T.O.A. for provision of officiating
services for athletic leagues of the City.
