RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARD OF BID AND CONTRACT
FOR THE CDBG WOOLWORTH BUILDING DEMOLITION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for
the demolition of the Woolworth Building and;
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is Mote,
Inc . , Wichita Falls, Texas, who bid unit prices equalling the sum of
78, 470 . 00 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Mote, Inc. , in the amount of $78, 470 . 00 is
hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a
contract for the City with said Contractor for this project .
