RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR PURCHASE OF
SUMMER FLOWERS FOR PARKS AND MEDIANS
WHEREAS , it is desirable to maintain colorful accent
spots around the city; and,
WHEREAS , bids have been solicited and opened for the
purchase of flowers;
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS , THAT:
Contracts for purchase of summer flowers are hereby
awarded to Dream Valley Nursery and Plantland Industries .
