RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO EAST FABRICATORS,
INC. FOR TWO ANHYDROUS AMMONIA BULK STORAGE
TANKS
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised for bids for
two bulk storage tanks for anhydrous ammonia; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined a summary of the bids
received and has determined that the lowest responsible bidder is
East Fabricators, Inc. of Vicksburg, MS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid for two anhydrous ammonia bulk storage tanks is
hereby awarded to East Fabricators, Inc. of Vicksburg, MS in the
total amount of $34, 608 .
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 1st day of March, 1994 .
