RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO POTEET, INC. FOR
RELOCATION OF SANITARY SEWER LINE FOR MPEC
CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, the City must relocate a sanitary sewer pressure
line to facilitate construction of the Multi-Purpose Events
Center Agricultural Facility on the north side of the river;
WHEREAS, bids for the stated project were received on a unit
price basis, and the Council has reviewed a summary of the bids;
and,
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible bidder is Poteet, Inc . in an
estimated amount of $15, 100 . 00 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit P rice bid of Poteet Inc. in the estimated amount
of $15, 100 . 00 for the relocation of the sanitary sewer pressure
line is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to
enter a contract for this purpose .
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 1st day of March, 1994 .
