A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, TO APPOINT TWO ADDITIONAL MEMBERS TO THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE WICHITA FALLS DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT
WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City Council to appoint two members to the Board of Directors
for the Wichita Falls Development Corporation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Ruby Jimenez and Diane Taylor are hereby appointed to serve as members of the
Board of Directors of the Wichita Falls Development Corporation for terms to be determined by the
Corporation.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at which this
Resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
