A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, NOMINATING TWO
MEMBERS TO SERVE ON THE APPRAISAL REVIEW
BOARD OF THE WICHITA COUNTY APPRAISAL
DISTRICT; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE
MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE WAS DISCUSSED
WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the terms of service of five Appraisal Review Board
members of the Wichita Appraisal District expired on January 1,
1994; and,
WHEREAS, four of those expired terms represent the City of
Wichita Falls; and,
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Wichita Appraisal
District has asked the entities to submit names for potential
nominees for these expired terms.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Charles White Arthur Litteken
Randy Holly and Joe Johnson are
hereby nominated to fill the expired terms for Wichita Falls to
the Appraisal Review Board. These names will be furnished to the
Board of Directors of the Wichita Appraisal District for their
consideration.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined
that the meeting at which this resolution was passed was open to
the public as required by law.
