A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, APPROVING
THE AMENDMENT OF PREVIOUSLY APPROVED FINAL
STATEMENTS OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
OBJECTIVES AND PROPOSED USE OF FUNDS UNDER
THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT
OF 1974, AS AMENDED; FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has conducted a Public
Hearing on the reallocation of unprogrammed funds from
previously approved Community Development Block Grant
Entitlement funds; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has taken public comments given
at this hearing into consideration in amending and revising
the Final Statement of Community Development Objectives and
Proposed Use of Funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
reallocate $350,000 in funds from previously approved
Community Development Block Grant Entitlement funds as
indicated in the program description.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined
that the meeting at which this resolution was passed was open
to the public as required by law.
