RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT BID OF NORMAN R.
BRATCHER CONST. CO. FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A
CHEMICAL INJECTION SYSTEM AT THE RIVER ROAD
WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of a chemical injection system at the River
Road Wastewater Treatment Plant, which bids were to be made on a
unit price basis; and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Norman R. Bratcher Const . Co. , who bid unit prices with an
estimated total of $72, 482 . 00 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of Norman R. Bratcher Const . Co. with an
estimated total of $72, 482 . 00 is hereby accepted, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said contractor for the construction of such project .
