RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE WATERFALL PUMP
REPLACEMENT PROJECT AS COMPLETE AND AUTHORIZE
FINAL PAYMENT TO THE CONTRACTOR
WHEREAS, the City entered into a contract with Poteet, Inc.
for the construction of the Waterfall Pump Replacement Project;
WHEREAS, the original contract price was $9, 156 . 00;
WHEREAS, the City has previously paid the contractor an
amount of $8, 972 . 88, leaving an amount of $183 . 12 due to the

WHEREAS . the staff has inspected the project and found that
the project meets specifications; and,
WHEREAS, the Council now desires to accept the project as
complete and make final payment to the contractor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The project to construct the Wasterfalls Pump Replacement
Project is hereby accepted as complete, and the City Manager is
authorized to make a final payment to Poteet, Inc . in the amount
of $183 . 12
