RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO JALYN CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY FOR REPLACEMENT OF 42" WATER PROCESS
LINE AT THE JASPER STREET WATER TREATMENT
PLANT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the replacement of a 42" water process line at the Jasper
Street Water Treatment Plant, which bids were to be made a unit
price basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Jalyn Construction Company, who bid unit prices with an estimated
total of $9, 400 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of Jalyn Construction Company with an
estimated total of $9,400 is hereby accepted, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said contractor for the construction of such project .
