RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO POTEET, INC. FOR
THE REPLACEMENT OF HYDROGEN CHLORIDE GAS
LINES AT THE RIVER ROAD WASTEWATER TREATMENT
PLANT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the installation of gas pipe system at the River Road
Wastewater Treatment Plant, which bids were to be made on a lump
sum basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Poteet, Inc. who bid a lump sum price of $6, 755 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such lump sum price bid of Poteet, Inc. in the amount of
6, 755 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is authorized to
execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for the
construction of such project .
