RESOLUTION TO ENTER CONTRACT WITH CORLETT,
PROBST & BOYD, INC. FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
RELATED TO THE 1994-95 BUDGET UTILITY
IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls conducts an annual
program to rehabilitate water and sewer lines and facilities;
WHEREAS, the City desires to engage the engineering firm of
Corlett, Probst & Boyd, Inc. to provide the necessary engineering
services for the project; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed a proposed contract with
the firm of Corlett, Probst & Boyd for the stated purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The contract to provide engineering services for the 1994-95
Budget Utility Improvements Project is hereby approved, with a
maximum fee of $40, 000, and the City Manager is authorized to
execute the contract for the City.
