RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO MET ONE, INC. FOR
PARTICLE SIZE ANALYZER FOR USE IN WATER
TREATMENT LABORATORY
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for a particle size analyzer for use in the water treatment
laboratory to comply with EPA rules; and,
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible bidder is Met One, Inc. in
an amount of $13, 220 . 00 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid for the particle size analyzer is hereby awarded to
Met One, Inc. in the amount of $13 , 220 . 00, and the City Manager
is authorized to effect the purchase.
