RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO SKALAR, INC. FOR
TOTAL ORGANIC CARBON ANALYZER FOR THE WATER
TREATMENT LABORATORY
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised for bids for a
total organic carbon analyzer to be used in the water treatment
plants to comply with EPA regulatory requirements; and,
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible bidder for this instrument
is Skalar, Inc. in the amount of $16, 250 . 00 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid for the total organic carbon analyzer is hereby
awarded to Skalar, Inc. in the amount of $16, 250 . 00, and the City
Manager is authorized to effect the purchase.
