RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACTS FOR THE PURrHASF OF TREES .
WHEREAS , bids have been received for the planting of
200 trees in City street rights of way; and ,
WHEREAS , sufficient local and grant funds are
available .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS , THAT :
Contracts for the purchase of trees are hereby awarded
to Wichita Valley Nursery ( 155 ) $8 ,675 . , to Shade Tree
Nursery ( 25 ) $1 ,875 . , and to Glen Peyton ( 20 ) $1 ,448 .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 15th day of ovember 1994 .
