RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT
WITH SKATE WHIRL ROLLER RINK .
WHEREAS , the City sponsors an adult and youth roller hockey
league utilizing the Skate Whirl Roller Rink; and ,
WHEREAS , it is desirable to enter into a formal use agreement
with Skate Whirl .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS , THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to sign the attached
agreement with Skate Whirl Roller Rink for use of the facility
by the City 's roller hockey league .
PASSED AND APPROVED this 15th day of November , 1994 .
