RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO POTEET, INC. FOR
INSTALLATION OF NEW WATERFALLS PUMP
WHEREAS, thehe Cit of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the installation of a pump in the waterfalls, which bids were
to be made on a unit price basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Poteet, Inc. , who bid unit prices with an estimated total of
9, 156 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of Poteet, Inc. with an estimated total
of $9, 156 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is authorized
to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for the
construction of such project .
