RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE FINAL PAYMENT TO LONE
STAR GAS COMPANY FOR RELOCATION OF GAS MAINS
TO FACILITATE NORTH DRAINAGE BASIN SANITARY
TRUNK MAIN, PHASE II CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, Council previously authorized Lone Star Gas Company
to relocate two gas mains to facilitate construction of a major
sanitary sewer line;
WHEREAS, the work by the Gas Company has been completed and
is acceptable to the City of Wichita Falls; and,
WHEREAS, the Gas Company has submitted an invoice in the
amount of $53,489. 98 for the actual cost of the work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to make a final
payment of $53,489 . 98 to Lone Star Gas Company.
