RESOLUTION NO. 15r1-414
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT
WITH WICHITA COUNTY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A PARKING LOT AT THE
NATUREWORKS SITE.
WHEREAS, it is desirable to seek matching funds for the City's
local funds; and,
WHEREAS, the City is submitting a matching grant application to
Texas Parks and Wildlife Department; and,
WHEREAS, the project score will be increased with an interlocal
agreement with Wichita County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an interlocal
agreement , as attached, with Wichita County for the construction of a
paved parking lot at the Natureworks site.
